On 27th June, Sextant Properties moved from Kentish Town to its new address: York House, 207-221 Pentonville Rd, London.
What does this mean?
Now located in a more central borough in London’s Zone 1, Sextant Properties is even more accessible. King’s Cross is a thriving area in London, close to London’s Tech City, or ‘Silicon Roundabout’. Indeed, this neighbourhood benefits from a huge network of travel connections, an interesting cultural heritage, a variety of restaurants, a reputation as a developed business hub…
With regards to transport and accessibility, it is relevant to point out that many London Tube lines pass through King’s Cross. Additionally, it is a major UK railway station and the terminus for the Eurostar and plays a very important role in this borough. A high speed rail link between the UK and the Continent created in 1994, the Eurostar emphasizes the close bond between the UK and France, which we always strive to develop at Sextant. This train serves the wonderful station of London St. Pancras International.
King’s Cross is also a major cultural hub in London; for instance, it welcomes several contemporary art projects. The famous Gagosian Gallery is also located in the area.
Of course, we can’t help but point out that King’s Cross is very good place to work today. Even though there are a lot of buildings, King’s Cross is not characterised by an impersonal atmosphere at all: a local community spirit is ubiquitous here.
This part of North London is also an exciting destination for foodies, with a great variety of places to meet everyone’s tastes and any budget.
All of us at Sextant Properties are eager to welcome you, our clients, to our new London base.
