We just added a New leaseback investment property on Sextant website. It will be managed by Center Parcs, this is the 4th one in France.

The development:
The Domaine des 3 forets Center Parcs enjoys an exceptional and strategic location in the Moselle with its forest, landscaped, rivers, lakes and woodland. This ecofriendly complex comes with a contemporary architecture and has been built with a wholly nature respect. The architect-landscaper Thierry Huau has conserved the existing forest and minimizes the environmental impact. This innovative ecological development is an investment of more than €300 million and consists in 870 top-of-the-range cottages with terraces, plasma screen TV’s, dishwashers and heated towel rails.
